Space to move through shame and into embodiment.

Sexual Healing Offerings

  • The Sexual Healing group is a sacred, affirming space for women and femme-identifying folks to gather in community, solidarity, and softness. This group is an invitation to connect more deeply to your sensuality, desires, and inner wisdom while being witnessed by others walking a similar path.

Over the past five years, this group has held space for over 100 women — each arriving with their own stories, strengths, wisdom, wounds, longings, and hopes. The impact has been profound: a collective of healing, unlearning, and reimagining what it means to live embodied, empowered, and free.

This is a therapeutic group — meaning it’s not a drop-in space but a closed, structured container guided by a progressive, holistic, and trauma-informed curriculum and licensed therapist. The flow of the group is intentional: grounded in clinical wisdom, body-based practices, and a liberatory framework that honors each participant’s lived experience. Through storytelling, psychoeducation, somatic tools, and open-hearted dialogue, we walk together through themes of sexuality, gender, intimacy, relationships, dating, body image, shame, and pleasure.

There’s no “right” way to show up here. Come as you are — tender, bold, quiet, messy, curious. All of you is welcome. This is not just a support group — it’s a space of collective healing. A place to be held, to hold others, to practice vulnerability, and to reclaim your wholeness.

  • Sex therapy work with couples is deeply integrative, honoring the emotional, sociocultural, physical, and psychological layers of your intimate life together.

Whether you're navigating mismatched desire, communication breakdowns, expanding your relationship structure, recovering from betrayal, or simply wanting to feel more connected and alive in your erotic connection, this work is here to support you.

We offer therapy for all kinds of partnerships — including non-monogamous couples, queer and trans relationships, long-term partners, and those in early stages of exploration. Some themes we commonly work with include:

    • Rebuilding or deepening intimacy

    • Conflict repair and emotional attunement

    • Navigating differences in desire or sexual identity

    • LGBTQ+ sex and intimacy support

    • Fertility, family planning, and life transitions

    • Communication tools for sustainable connection

This is a space where no one is “right” or “wrong” — only human. You’ll learn to listen with your whole body, speak your truth with care, and rediscover each other from a place of curiosity and compassion.

  • A reimagining of healing and sisterhood.

The Divine Consciousness Circle is a recurring gathering of women and femme-identified folks seeking to deepen their relationship to sensuality, authenticity, and self-love. It is a donation-based, open group that is offered biweekly every quarter. It is a soft landing for those craving connection beyond surface-level conversations — a space to be witnessed, to shed shame, to reclaim power, and to remember you're not alone.

Here, we explore sex, pleasure, trauma, spirituality, breathwork, yoga, creativity, and embodiment through honest dialogue and communal healing. It’s a ritual, a rebellion, a reclamation — and above all, a return to the sacredness of being in our bodies together.

  • Our female-centered wellness services honor the body as a sacred vessel — not something to be fixed, but something to be lovingly listened to. This work supports your physical, emotional, and energetic well-being through integrative approaches that may include somatic healing, cycle-cyncing, menstrual and hormonal education, sexual wellness, breathwork, energy alignment, and bodywork.

We center your unique story — including chronic pain, disconnection from pleasure, trauma, reproductive transitions, or simply the desire to feel more alive and empowered in your body.

In our sessions, we offer cycle syncing tools, aryuveda (lifestyle, nutrition) coaching, somatic exercises, and herbal supplement guidance, to help you deepen your connection with your body and rhythms. Through learning to track and honor each phase of your menstrual cycle — follicular, ovulation, luteal, and menstrual — you gain insights on how to align your nutrition, movement, sex life, relationships, work patterns, and energy levels accordingly. This is not about rigid rules, but about returning to a sense of balance, vitality, and  abundance.

The more you understand your body, the more agency you have over your life. We’ve been robbed of this wisdom — told to ignore, suppress, or feel shame about our natural cycles. Reclaiming this knowledge is not only healing, it’s a radical act of resistance, honoring ancestral wisdom and coming home to yourself.

This offering is for everyone — and may be especially helpful if you’re navigating PMDD, PCOS, endometriosis, intolerable PMS or cramps, fertility and family planning, or coming off hormonal birth control after years of disconnection from your natural cycle. Even if you’re simply curious and seeking more clarity about your body, this is an experience or you.

This is whole-person care. This is your birthright — to feel well, worthy, and deeply connected to yourself.
